I loved the ac cleaning service today! He was punctual, calm and polite to begin with. He showed me the progress of cleaning ( the cloth he used was very clean ) and explained the previous cleaners didn't do great job ( other company ) and I do agree with that! He was confident and could explain the situation what I had in very calm manner. I am glad it was him to come clean not just ac but the bathroom floor he used for the work! Excellent! If you get the right technician, DW aircon is very good. However, twice in a row we had to request for a new technician to return to do servicing properly because there was still dust in our aircon rollers. I highly recommend Mr. Rajan, who did a fantastic job with our aircons after the previous technician left our rollers dusty, didn't bother to use a brush or rag to clean (only vacuum), spent only 15 mins on both aircons and told me I needed a $200 chemical wash if I wanted to clean my aircons. (Newsflash: we didn't need a chemical wash.) In contrast, Mr. Rajan spent 30 minutes thoroughly cleaning our 2 aircons and very honestly told us that we would only need a chemical wash if the aircon was leaking or if the noise was very loud. Thumbs up to Mr Rajan!read more

I had a AC unit which was leaking and contacted DW aircon services. Mr. Richard & Rose were very polite and professional and set an appointment at the earliest available slot. Mr. Dhanapal arrived to check service the AC units at the exact specified time and did a thorough job of cleaning the units and the pipes and explained to me that even though I had the ac units serviced recently, the issue was with the pipes which were not cleaned and were clogged with moss. I am really happy with the service provided and would definitely approach them for my regular AC servicing.read more

The staffs are friendly, they usually came earlier than the appointed time. Just find that they don't give enough information on the status and advices to upkeep our aircons. Also, due to covid19, they stopped the automatic scheduling and deduction (which is good) but I wasn't notified. But hey, they get the job done. Been with them for my 6th quarter. Their customer support are responsive on my queries. The total cost for AC servicing 3 units are less than $100. I think this is value for money. However, their technicians were way too punctual for the original timing. My original appointment with them was 6pm to 630pm. He came at 5pm. Well, is good to be early than later. So not a big issue if you are on leave and someone is at home for the AC servicing. I will definitely use them again for my AC servicing again!read more

1. Initial assessment done was spot on. Original indoor fan unit was degraded to a point that needed replacement. The technician gave a couple of options: perform chemical overhaul or replace the indoor unit, and gave the pros and cons of each.2. On the second appointment to replace the indoor fan unit, the job was done within a couple of hours. The replacement unit has been working perfectly since. DW Aircon came for routine cleaning / servicing and I had one unit can't be turned on. Embedded wiring had issue and needed new wiring. They came back after inspection and planning with all necessary tools. They re-wired nicely and AC is now fixed. Their charges are one of the lowest. Very responsive call center. Lovely staff at call center and professional technicians. The most important for me is TRUST. I can trust them that they are always there and will get it fixed (no extra cost or quibbles). I had my aircon servicing done by DW aircon Servicing. I must say its very good and efficient experience from the booking onwards. My mom is also usually very selective about servicing agents as she had lots of bad experiences. However, after reading the review, I gave this company a try. True to the reviews I read, they are very professional and patient in accessing the problem and rectified everything within half an hour. Imagine you had a problem with your air con and these guys got everything done up in half an hour. We engaged DW for a regular servicing for our airconditioners, 1 of the unit is down and required a sensor replacement. The technician sent to our place was diligent and managed to diagnose the issue during the initial visit. We arranged for the team to return yesterday to replace the sensor for the failed unit. The technician stood outside on a 4th storey tiny aircon ledge replacing the sensor for almost an hour under the scorching sun of 34 degrees. Kudos to his professionalism, it is no easy feat. Granted we paid for their service but we felt it was worth every penny. DW aircon, you got yourself a returning customer. Keep up the good work.read more
